MASTERS SWIM

The YMCA’s Masters swim program is a structured lap swim workout designed to help avid recreational and competitive swimmers of various skill levels improve their stroke, form, ability, endurance and stamina beyond the basics provided in traditional swim lessons.

Our experienced coaches are highly motivational and encouraging, ensuring each swimmer feels welcome and like part of the team. While Masters swim is a great low-impact workout for the entire body, it’s also a fantastic way to meet like-minded swimmers and make new friends!

Masters swim is designed for, but not limited to, the intermediate-advanced swimmer who would like to improve on endurance and stroke technique. Competitive swimmers and beginners are welcome too!

benefits of the program

  • Stay active and take your swim workouts to the next level.
  • Receive tips and feedback to improve your swimming ability.
  • Meet new friends and connect with other swimmers.
