- Bring your own towel and water bottle. Most locations have mats available, but you can bring your own, too.
- Attendance is first come, first served. Some locations issue passes for popular classes, usually 30 minutes prior to the class start time.
- Walking into a fitness studio for the first time with people you don’t know can be intimidating! Don’t worry! Arrive early, and introduce yourself to the instructor.
- Our welcoming, experienced instructors are great at providing tips and modifications to ensure everyone is comfortable with their workout.
- Most classes are for ages 13+, but many are designated as family-friendly, appropriate for children ages 7+ who are accompanied by an adult.
