FORMS FOR TEACHERS
- Teacher Planning Guide
- A YMCA Camp Coordinators will reach out to your school contact a month before your trip with cabin list and school notes. The completed assigned cabin list and any other required documents must be returned to the Y one week before arrival to camp.
- Health Screening
- We ask that schools make sure all students that come to camp arrive healthy and ready for the week.
- Support Plan for Students with Special Needs
- For students that may need more support at camp, please contact the Outdoor Education Director to discuss plan. Schools also have the option to send one-on-one aid to help support their students, so that everyone has the best time at camp!
