We’re excited to invite you to the 2025 Western Camping Conference! Hosted right on the beach at YMCA Camp Surf in beautiful San Diego, this gathering of YMCA camp professionals offers a unique mix of keynote sessions, workshops, community building and good old-fashioned camp fun.

It’s camp… so the registration process is a little different (and a little fun)! We’re using CampInTouch—a platform typically designed for family camp.
Steps to Register:
Select the Western Camping Conference program.
Complete the “Family Camp” application form.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE
We’ve got you covered with transportation to and from San Diego International Airport—just $25 each way.

CONFERENCE COST
Full Conference | $250
Includes keynote sessions, workshops, meals, shared cabin accommodations, and a donation to YMCA World Service.
Single Day Pass | $75
Valid for Wednesday, November 12, only.
