Join us at the Escondido YMCA for a chance to discover employment opportunities with our community partners! This event brings together local youth-friendly organizations and community employers who are ready to connect with job seekers between ages 16-28. Whether you’re exploring your first internship, seeking career advancement, or looking for resources, this event is for you. Come for the food and music, and leave feeling more inspired!

Hired and Inspired is collectively hosted by YMCA Independent Living Skills, 3E’s, and Fast Track Futures Programs, as part of an ongoing effort to connect transition-aged youth with meaningful career opportunities and supportive resources.
