WHO WE SUPPORT
Housing Our Youth is a countywide program that connects young people up to age 24 to safe, stable housing and caring support.
If you don’t have a safe place to stay or think you might lose your housing soon, we’re here for you. Whether you’re on your own, couch surfing, or staying in a shelter, our team will walk with you to find what you need and plan your next step.
We work together with partners across San Diego County to make it easier to find housing, meet basic needs, and move toward your goals.
What We Offer
We focus on what you need right now, and what you want for your future. Together, we’ll look at options that may include:
Safe places to stay
Emergency or longer-term housing options.Housing navigation
Find and apply for housing with a navigator.Basic needs
Food, showers, laundry, mail, hygiene items.Money & life skills
Budgeting, saving, and goal-setting.Parenting & child care
Guidance and child care navigation.Connections to community resources
Mental health, education, and job services.
You don’t have to figure it out alone. We’ll take it one step at a time.
