Our Warm Line is here for adults (18+) in San Diego County who are looking for someone to talk to about life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating stress, seeking mental or behavioral health support, or looking for guidance around parenting and family life, you don’t have to do it alone. Every call is welcomed—there are no exclusions or requirements.
What We Offer

- Follow-up calls to ensure you’re connected
- Safety planning and crisis intervention when necessary
Support is offered by trained staff familiar with local resources, including counseling, parenting support, basic needs assistance, and more.
