I always had a lot of anxiety about going to gyms, but finally made the decision to bring my son to the Y so that he could exercise, take classes, and just get out. He is physically disabled, and it has been a great help. He really loves it, and the staff are so kind and caring. It brings me so much joy that my son wants to come to the YMCA - it helps with his physical strength as well as his spirit. We truly enjoy the YMCA.
