How to buy Personal Training

Personal training packages are available to YMCA members only. You can purchase in person at any YMCA location or online: Here’s how to buy online:
  • Log into your My Y Account
  • Scroll down to bottom right and choose Register Online/Browse Memberships
  • Select your branch
  • Select Personal Training Punch Pass
  • A staff member will contact you to discuss your goals and connect you with a trainer.

New members can purchase a 4-session package of one-on-one training for $209. Must be purchased within 30 days of joining.

About YMCA Personal Trainers

A personal trainer has the expertise to guide you safely toward your goals. Their extensive knowledge of current exercise research concepts, methods of sound exercise principles and state-of-the-art equipment are key to creating a successful training plan. 

YMCA trainers are accredited through the National Commission of Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or have a degree in exercise science (or a related field).

Pilates Reformer training is one-on-one training with a certified Pilates instructor. You will work on your specific needs incorporating strength, balance and flexibility.
