Upcoming 2025 Day Camps
Our camps are an exciting way to spend a school break! We include lots of action-packed activities that keep your children engaged and happy, like arts & crafts, sports and games. Set in the YMCA style of different crazy activities each and every day, your camper will have a great time while parents have peace of mind knowing their camper is safe. Register today!

Overnight Family Camp
The YMCA of San Diego County offers unforgettable weekends full of fun and adventure for the whole family at two stunning overnight camp locations. Each weekend package includes lodging, meals, and a variety of staff-led activities designed to suit all interests and ages. HIIT Circuit
HIIT Circuit (also known as Total Body Conditioning) is a total body workout consisting of compound movements and cardio focused exercises. This class will challenge you with a variety of fundamental Strength and Conditioning techniques to maximize your time. You can expect to work through cardio and strength intervals that will strengthen your entire body, challenge your endurance and improve your mental strength. This is a great class to maximize your workout and results in a limited time!

Pilates Reformer Training
Pilates Reformer Training is one-on-one training with a certified pilates instructor. You will work on your specific needs incorporating strength, balance and flexibility. This training is perfect for all fitness levels from beginners and those recovering from injury to high level athletes and everything in between. Available for members only.

Mat Pilates Class
Join us for our Mat Pilates class! You’ll follow a sequence of carefully performed movements that strengthen the body, open joints and release tension. Health benefits include flexibility, core stability, muscular strength, cognitive health and more!

Vinyasa Yoga Class
A series of traditional postures that release tension, reduce stress and enhances the mind/body connection. Our Saturday morning Vinyasa yoga, led by Natalia, will benefit your flexibility, core stability, balance, and cognitive health.

Family- Friendly Fitness
We’re happy to announce that we’re welcoming youth ages 7 and older at our fitness centers and in some group fitness classes (see class schedules for availability). Note: Youth ages 7 to 12 must complete a family fitness orientation.
- New teen fitness classes! Join us for our fitness classes catered to teens ages 11-17 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15am!
Health and Wellness Orientation
Meet with a wellness coach to get acquainted with equipment and classes, ask questions and chart a path to reach your goals. Schedule your 30-minute orientation at the Welcome Center! Learn more.

Parent & Child Enrichment Classes | Ages 2-4
Discover exciting new programs designed to spark creativity and curiosity in your child! Whether they love painting or experimenting, our programs offer engaging hands-on activities that help develop essential skills while having fun.
LITTLE ARTISTS
Let your child’s creativity shine in this program! Each session kids will dive into fun, hands-on art projects that help develop fine motor skills and spark their imaginations. Best of all, they’ll proudly take home their very own masterpieces to share with family and friends!
LITTLE SCIENTISTS
Get ready for messy, mind-blowing fun with this program! From foamy explosions to gooey experiments, your child will explore the wonders of science through engaging activities. Ignite their curiosity and nurture a lifelong love for discovery!

Swim Lessons
Sign up for group or private swim lessons! Registration opens on the 15th of the month for members and on the 17th of the month for nonmembers. – Register today.
Youth Sports
Come out and play at nearby McGrath Family YMCA! Register today!
- Youth leagues: Registration for leagues are now open!
Registration remains open until teams are full. Soccer leagues are available for ages 6-7, 8-9, 10-13. Games and practices take place on Saturdays. We are proud to partner with San Diego Wave FC for our youth soccer leagues!
- Youth clinics: Youth (ages 6-12) clinics for soccer and baseball continue monthly.
- Peewee lessons: New peewee (ages 4-5) are happening monthly! Sign up today at the membership services desk or register today online.
- Volunteer! We need parent volunteers for youth sports coaching! The Y will provide training and guidance to our soccer league volunteer coaches. If you can help, contact Tyler Rutter at trutter@ymcasd.org.
