TEAM TRAINING
Join a team of like-minded individuals for a motivating and enjoyable way to add an extra element to your workouts! Team trainings can have different areas of focus — yoga, boxing, muay thai, running, water fitness and more. This is a perfect option for groups of 3-8 people who would like to work out on a consistent day and time with their awesome trainer!
Boxing — Learn proper boxing technique including footwork, combinations, dips, slips and blocking while getting a great cardio workout! Each class in this four-week program will consist of station work rotating from heavy bags, focus mitts and functional conditioning drills. All levels welcome, no experience required. KNEE & HIP REHAB/MOBILITY
Join our Hip & Knee Mobility Workshop to improve joint flexibility, reduce pain and enhance movement efficiency. This session focuses on targeted exercises and techniques to increase mobility, strengthen supporting muscles, and prevent injuries in the hips and knees. Perfect for all fitness levels! Copley-Price Family YMCA has partnered with Operation Samahan. Come visit their mobile clinic services every other Wednesday from 1:00pm-4:00pm.

LIVESTRONG AT THE YMCA

YOUTH SPORTS
Come out and play at the Y with youth sports leagues, clinics and peewee lessons. – Register today!
This season, the following sports are available for young athletes:
- Basketball – Beginner and advanced clinics (ages 6-12) on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, times vary.
- Soccer – Coed leagues (ages 6-13) on Saturdays. We are proud partner with San Diego Wave FC for our youth soccer leagues!
- Clinics available for advanced and beginner, (ages 6-12) and peewee lessons (ages 3-5) on Mondays and Saturdays, times vary.
- T-ball – Lessons for ages 3-5 on Wednesdays at 5:00pm.
- Volleyball – Beginner clinics for ages 8-12 on Tuesdays at 5:00pm.

CHILD WATCH
Y Community Plus members with family memberships have unlimited access to Child Watch services at 12 YMCA branch locations across San Diego County. With easy reservations through the YMCA app, you can focus on your fitness or unwind at the Y while your children play under the supervision of highly trained YMCA staff. Not yet a Y Community Plus member? Current Y members can upgrade to the Y Community Plus membership plan by stopping by any location. If you currently have Child Watch services as an add-on to your family membership, you may continue to use Child Watch services on a drop-in basis. Learn more here.

SWIM LESSONS
Registration takes place monthly on the 15th for members and the 17th for nonmembers. – Register today!
SWIM TEAM
Our swim team is practicing regularly! If your child would like to get involved, swimmers should be proficient in 50 -100 yards freestyle with rotary breathing and 25 yards of backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. MASTERS SWIM
Master your stroke technique, get ready for a triathlon or just get a great workout! The Masters swim program at the YMCA is a structured lap swim workout designed to help avid recreational and competitive swimmers of various skill levels improve their stroke, form, ability, endurance and stamina. Practice is on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 12:00pm and 7:00pm. – Register online today!

Y STRONG GIRLS
The Y Strong Girls program provides tools to empower young women to create meaningful lives through healthy choices, mindfulness, self-love, forming friendships and community involvement. For teen girls (ages 13-18) who are in middle and high school. *YMCA Membership is not required.

THE YMCA TEEN ACHIEVERS PROGRAM (Y-TAP)
The YMCA Teen Achievers Program (Y-TAP) aims to create safe spaces for teens in San Diego’s City Heights and neighboring communities. The program includes computer lab access, dinner, field trips, Workshop Wednesdays and other fun activities! Y-TAP offers qualifying teens a free, year-long YMCA membership as long as requirements surrounding school attendance, physical activity, community service and well-being are met and/or exceeded. As part of the program, teens will learn proper strength, cardio, and flexibility training from our fitness coaches — as well as how to create and meet goals.

- Gardening: Second Saturday of each month | 9:00am–12:00pm — No gardening experience necessary. Join us in the community garden space to plant, harvest and eat. We will share gardening and nutrition tips each session. Come garden in the sun and make new friends!

Through a hands-on learning experience, Urban Life ministries will be providing a cooking class for everybody in the community room. Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend with their children, individuals are also welcome. The class is completely free. RSVP is strongly encouraged due to class size constraints. Positive Parenting Program (Triple P)
Triple P is a parenting support group program designed for caregivers of children aged 0-12 and teens to help manage their child’s behavior and build strong, healthy relationships within the family. Delivered in a group setting, it allows parents to share experiences and support one another while learning practical strategies to promote positive behavior, improve communication and reduce stress. The program is evidence-based and focuses on empowering parents with skills to confidently handle common parenting challenges.
