We’re excited to continue offering tools that make your family’s overnight camp experience even easier! Whether you’re joining YMCA Overnight Camps for the first time or returning to YMCA Camp Marston, YMCA Raintree Ranch or YMCA Camp Surf, you’ll appreciate our streamlined process and parent-friendly features. ABOUT 2026 REGISTRATION
- A $300 non-refundable deposit is required per camp week in order to reserve a spot in overnight camp. Your deposit will be deducted from the overall camp fee. Visit our refund policy page for more information.
- All camp balances must be paid in full by May 15, 2026.
- Member discounts apply to campers who are included in an active membership at the YMCA of San Diego County.
- If you wish to cancel a registration, you must send an email to: camp@ymcasd.org. Confirmation will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive a confirmation, we have not received your cancellation notice.
- In the case of an accident or illness that prevents a child from participating in camp programs, the camper can be transferred to a later session, based on availability. Verification in writing from a child’s physician is required stating the child cannot attend camp. Please contact our office immediately if your child is unable to attend camp for any reason. - The camp director reserves the right to decline the application of any child, or send home any child who, according to the director’s discretion, negatively affects another camper’s experience or puts themselves at risk. If a child is dismissed from camp, no refund will be issued.
Financial assistance
The YMCA of San Diego County is dedicated to helping all community members to access facilities and programs. We offer a scholarship program based on household need. The funds awarded to scholarship recipients are provided directly by YMCA donors. To ensure we are responsible stewards of available funds, we ask our applicants to provide documentation to verify household income. Funds are granted on a sliding scale, based on income and need.
If you are awarded a YMCA of San Diego County scholarship that you intend to use for an Overnight Camp registration, please submit your Camper Application through the CampInTouch registration system and pay your deposit. Be sure to indicate “yes” for the scholarship question.
Once your camper is enrolled, please email camp@ymcasd.org or call us at 760-765-06427 during business hours (Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm). We will apply your program discount and adjust your balance.

FAMILY CAMP REGISTRATION
Spend the weekend with the family at one of our fabulous San Diego County locations.
- Camp Surf offers Family Camps on holidays throughout the year, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day and Fourth of July weekends. Camp right on the beach and fill your weekend with a full slate of fun for the entire family programs and activities. Camp Surf also hosts families on most weekends April through October. Contact us at camp@ymcasd.org for availability.
- Family camps at YMCA Camp Surf vary depending on the weekend. Please see our rates here.
- Camp Marston hosts Family Camps in the mountains in Julian, CA. Fall and Spring themed weekends promise adventurous activities in a beautiful natural setting. Treat your family and stay with us for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Easter, or Mother’s Day weekends.

Day Camp Registration
REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW FOR SPRING AND SUMMER DAY CAMP AT YMCA CAMP SURF and MISSION BAY BOAT AND SKI CLUB!
Day camps offers both traditional and specialty camps, giving kids grades 1–9 the chance to enjoy classic camp fun like surfing and archery all while making friends and being themselves— all in a unique, beachside setting.
