Child Care at the Y: Call on Us
- Child Watch: Parents can pursue fitness goals or enjoy various programs at the Y while their kids, ages 6 weeks – 12 years, are supervised by Y staff. Learn more.
- Character Builders: Ages 5-12 are provided academic support and hands-on enrichment experiences before and after school in collaboration with teachers. Learn more.
- Preschool: Dan McKinney Family YMCA offers a preschool that is licensed by the State of California. Preschool programs nurture children’s growth, instilling core values with licensed, safety-focused initiatives and trained staff. Learn more.
Camp with the Y: Our Doors Are Open
The YMCA of San Diego County is proud to offer several amazing camps where every child can build confidence and make new friends in a safe and nurturing environment. Members get up to 25% off camp registration and we offer scholarships to families who qualify.
